Tilted Frying Pan with Agitator

Design: A tiltable pan made from stainless steel with electrical heating. All pan body bends and corners are rounded. The surface is smooth. The front is equipped with a discharge spout.

Heating System: The pan is equipped with an electrical heating system. The heating bars are mounted inside a double shell filled with thermal oil. The heating shell is insulated to prevent loss of heat and covered with stainless steel sheets.

Agitating System: An electrical motor for the scraping agitator can be removed. Scrapers and blades are mounted on the pan radius in a staggered arrangement.

Control System: The complete control system, including the operating elements, is integrated in a console. The control system includes the temperature controller with timer and control system for the agitator.

Furthermore there is a three-step switch in the control cabinet in order to allow an optional heating with reduced capacity.

The required roasting time is adjusted via the timer. The timing starts when the pre-selected temperature has been reached. After the timing, the timer switches the heating off.
